The residential construction division of the EBL Group has joined exclusive ranks by being granted registration from the National House-Building Council.

The NHBC is the standard-setting body and leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly converted homes in the UK. Developers registered with the NHBC have to undergo rigorous inspection processes to ensure that their quality of construction complies with the strict and constantly updated rules and standards laid down by the council.

The EBL Group currently has several residential property developments underway, including projects in St Helens, Vale Royal and Chorlton, near Manchester.

Eddie Basnett, Chief Executive of the EBL Group, says: “We are delighted to have been recognised by the National House-Building Council and that our registration has been accepted. We will fly the NHBC flag with pride!”
