• EBL arranges for any emergency work, drying etc
• A full detailed scope of works report submitted to your Insurance Company
• Works authorised by Insurance Company
• Detailed scope sent to you (with a start date letter) and any allowances
• EBL will oversee works to completion and Invoice insurance Company direct
