£1m building deal at Sutton Quays Business Park
The Halton-based EBL Group of construction and development companies has signed a £1 million deal with AutoCoding Systems Limited for the sale of a new office building on Sutton Quays Business Park.
Phase One of the development – adjacent to junction 12 on the M56 in Sutton Weaver, near Frodsham – will comprise five high specification office buildings with a total area of around 40,000 square feet, each with dedicated on-site car parking.
The building purchased by AutoCoding offers 6,500 square feet of office accommodation on two floors – fully fitted out by EBL to the company’s detailed specification – plus an additional 2000 square feet of storage on a third floor.
AutoCoding Systems Limited is a software application company specialising in coding, marking systems and other automated production line devices for clients within the FMCG sector.
