Underneath a pre-war Bungalow, large trees nearby the property drained the structure of all moisture + tree root invasion, this affected the foundations and 3 ft down we underpinned the property, this was covered under the properties building insurance.

Inside the property helibars and lateral restraints were used to tie the walls and roof in for added security.

2. EBL structural division removed the existing oak beams
3. This work had to be done, ensuring the decorative 17th Century moulded plaster work, was not affected by the removal of the oak beams.
