Sutton Quays Business Park

Phase 1 of Sutton Quays Business Park was completed in late 2007 with 3 modern commercial office buildings totalling over 20,000 sq ft of prestige office space and ample parking.

Phase 2 of Sutton Quays Business Park is already well underway with a further 5 buildings planned for the total of 8 Commercial Prestige Offices being developed by EBL Group right next to our head office.
